Research on the involvement of autistic children in daily activities in inclusive early childhood education is scarce. In Finland, all children, including autistic children, under the age of seven (before basic education) are entitled to participate in early childhood education and care. Children also attend compulsory, free-of-charge pre-primary education during the year before their basic education begins. In the knowledge era, new forms of organizing and managing firms emerge to adapt to new situations. One such new form of organizational management is ambidextrous leadership. Ambidextrous leadership combines opening leader behaviors, such as promoting creativity, and closing leader behaviors, such as accomplishing objectives and adhering to norms. Abstract This paper proposes that recycling researchers should pay attention to both attitudes towards recycling and the processes involved in recycling (recyclers' phenomenal experiences and organizing strategies). The aim of this study was to contribute to the understanding of the reasons for low or high academic motivation among practical nursing students at risk of dropping out from vocational education and training. The research data consisted of semi-structured interviews with 14 Finnish students, which were analysed by qualitative content analysis. The analysis identified six motivational sources. Tendences izjust vainu, prosociālas orientācijas un dusmu reakciju saistība

Šī bakalaura darba mērķis bija noteikt, vai/kādas saistības 19–25 gadus vecu studentu izlasē pastāv starp tendenci izjust vainu, prosociālu orientāciju un dusmu reakcijām. Korelatīva dizaina pētījumā 114 studentu (19 vīriešu, 95 sieviešu) izlasē (M=21,78 gadi, SD=1,99) tika izmantota Vainas izjūtas kā personības iezīmes skala no Vainas izjūtas aptaujas, Prosociālās orientācijas aptauja un Dusmu reakciju aptauja. Rezultātu analīze neuzrādīja saistību starp tendenci izjust vainu un prosociālu orientāciju, savukārt tendence izjust vainu statistiski nozīmīgi korelēja ar dusmu ruminēšanu.
